Their conviction is that insurance can be a force for social good by applying the power of innovation and customer-centred change in their work. Their mission is to re-invigorate insurers’ role in society by helping them thrive and innovate. Clients include Axa, Zurich, Allianz, Guidewire, LV=, RSA.

Dan and his team have the audacious vision to generate £1bn for social investment over a 30-year period. 90% of distributable profits go to charity. 10% left over goes to staff.

39,688 children and young people in Africa given textbooks
21,736 people in Kenya and Uganda given a year’s access to clean water
180 micro-entrepreneurs in Third World economies lent startup capital
5.4m UK companies’ social contributions influenced by thinktank research
