GROW: Honest Leadership

Millennial leaders are stepping into some of the most significant global leadership roles in businesses, public sector and charities, therefore, dialogue between the generations is central to innovation, collaboration and renewal.

* How do people from different generations learn from each other to create great work places?
* What shared values and qualities are central to growing organisations and dynamic teams?

Join us to hear Simon Barrington, author of Leading The Millennial Way, share key insights drawn from his recent research exploring the dynamic and diverse leadership styles of millennials and how they play a key role in creating work environments in which this generation will thrive. Simon will be joined by a guest panel who will bring their own experiences of work and leadership to the discussion.
