Made Up North Breakfast – David Fleming

M2B’s “Made Up North BreakfastsMade up North Logo - Full Colour
are a valuable way to encourage and develop the talent of people working in Manchester. The format is simple: over a great breakfast you meet like-minded professionals, learn from outstanding, senior professionals who share insights and lessons drawn from their unique business experience. It’s a relaxed environment with plenty of conversation, it’s invitation only (we deliberately keep it to 6-8 guests) and we make sure we stick to our timings!

When: Friday 12th January, 8.00 – 9.15am
Where: The Albert Square Chop House, Albert Square, Manchester. M2 5PF

Guest Speaker:   David is a senior business lawyer with international experience working for major blue chip companies. He has experience in several business sectors including food, construction & engineering, pharmaceuticals (including life sciences), utilities, defence and telecoms. He has also held legal and commercial roles within start-up companies, and is used to assessing internal legal needs, managing budgets and setting up legal departments within subsidiary and smaller but growing companies. Since 2013 David has worked as an independent lawyer for the virtual firm The Legal Director Ltd.
David is married to Lis and they have three children. He is a keen cyclist and last October completed the 900km Red Sea to Dead Sea cycle ride supporting the work of The Message Trust.

In his talk David will share key lessons and wisdom he’s learnt and applied throughout his work.
