ETHICS IMPACT A leadership and ethics competition to challenge your colleagues to apply their ethical voice.

Ethics Impact is ‘Dragon’s Den meets Moral Maze’ for business people. Structured in an informal and interactive approach EI is designed to give employees the opportunity to respond, as a team, to ethical challenges. The seminar is facilitated by the Christian Ethics and Leadership Suite of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. 

* Give colleagues confidence & courage.
* Hands on team building and problem solving.
* Identify real ethical situations, applying your company’s values.
* Assist with Baylor University’s ongoing body of ethics research.

1.00 – 1.30pm Light lunch and refreshments
1.30 – 2.15pm Introduction to Ethics Impact and Keynote Ethics talk by Dr. Mitchell Neubert of Baylor University
2.15 – 3.15pm Team work on case studies and preparing responses for the Judges. 
3.15 – 3.45pm Judging panel and feedback 
3.45 – 4.00pm Results.
