Made Up North Breakfast – Richard Young

M2B’s “Made Up North Breakfasts” are a valuable Manchester_Skylineway to encourage and develop the talent of young professionals working in Manchester. The format is simple: over a great breakfast you meet like-minded professionals, learn from outstanding, senior professionals who share insights and lessons drawn from their unique business experience. It’s a relaxed environment with plenty of conversation, it’s invitation only (we deliberately keep it to 6-8 guests) and we make sure we stick to our timings!

When: Friday 3rd July, 8.00 – 9.15am
Where: The Thomas Worthington Board Room, The Albert Square Chop House,
Albert Square, Manchester. M2 5PF
Guest Speaker: Richard Young, Venture Capitalist & Director BVCA North.Richard-Young-new-small-150x150

Previously with 3i and then founder of The Manchester Technology Fund, Richard joined BVCA from venture capital house Enterprise Ventures where he was Fund Manager for the North West Fund for Venture Capital since 2010. Richard champions the private equity industry here in the North and continues to highlight the important and crucial role private equity & venture capital plays in funding innovation and building businesses.
