“Company Culture: Up For Grabs?”

In a series of three talks we’ll be tackling the very topical issue of company culture.  We will be looking at questions such as:

  • who defines it?
  • how can you practically influence it?
  • what does a healthy culture really look like?
  • what is ‘ethical business’ and how realistic is it today?

Jonathan is a Leadership Consultant at Caret.  After a successful career in IBM, Jonathan moved to Caret to focus on personal development and leadership consultancy work. Working with a diverse range of clients, he retains a real passion for facilitating visionary leadership and encouraging positive cultural changes in business.

He has also worked as the Chief Executive of a large volunteer organisation, driving through a challenging programme of change across almost every area of its governance and operations.He lives in Warwickshire, with his wife and two children.
